After receiving the initial order, RyderView™ initiates a convenient customer self-scheduling process that includes confirmation and real-time tracking details. The customer later receives a two-hour delivery time window, order status updates, and an automated call-ahead prior to arrival. At delivery, RyderView™ enables electronic proof of delivery and offers the option of conducting an automated customer survey.
