Operations Management
The operations management trainee role is an 18-24 month program designed to prepare you for a management career within Ryder’s maintenance organization. As a management trainee, you’ll gain hands-on experience leading personnel and managing projects in a friendly and supportive learning environment.
Our trainees assist management across Maintenance, Asset Management, Operations, Sales, and Rental. In addition to ensuring workflow productivity, their responsibilities include managing employees, leading aspects of inventory management, scheduling, and financial reporting.
